This conference is an in-person poster conference. All students will present at the same time in an informal, “Q and A” method. Attendees will browse, move from poster to poster, and ask presenters to tell them more about their research through various questions. We encourage all attendees to give feedback on 4-5 posters.
What to Expect for Attendees
All Texas State University, faculty, staff, and community members are welcome to attend and provide feedback at the Graduate Student Research Conference.
Conference Feedback Instructions
- Attendees can provide feedback on presentations and engage with presenters to help enhance their projects and future research. All Texas State University, faculty, staff, and community members are welcome to attend and provide feedback.
- We encourage all attendees to give feedback on 4-5 posters of their choice. There will be QR codes attached to each poster which will be for providing anonymous feedback to all presenters.
- Attendees will ask a few questions and then submit feedback via the attached QR code. Give as much detail in your feedback as possible to best help the presenter.
- Feedback can include whether the poster is clear, organized, contains the required elements, and demonstrates the significance of the project. The Graduate College will provide further guidance for recommended questions and comments for feedback, as well as instructions for attending the conference.
